TourTrax offers a very comprehensive Reporting capability. Our standard reports can easily be built -upon to provide any Checkpoint visit/Tour information that is of importance to Security management. In addition to standard Acrobat pdf document format, a number of other formats are also available, including *.doc, *.xls, HTML and image files allowing a user to easily incorporate Patrol information into other documents, spreadsheets etc.

With a powerful built-in filtering capability, any TourTrax report can be filtered to show a specifically the type of information needed. Any filtered report can be memorized as well, thereby making the task of generating specific customer/site reports very simple.  

If additional Reports are needed, TourTrax has a built-in Report designer. Virtually any type of report can be created using the TourTrax Report Designer. We offer a custom report design service, and/or can offer training in the use of our built-in report designer. (Any IT professional with knowledge of Crystal Reports can easily be trained in the use of our built-in report designer.)
