For Organizations employing off-site personnel, the ability to monitor and track their movements at different locations is essential to operations. 

​Call Taker can receive and process a high volume of calls simultaneously whilst verifying, against the schedule, if the employee is at the right location at the right time.

Using any telephone or the TelMe Android/iOS mobile app- the employee is able to book on and off duty by simply entering his PIN followed by a site identification number. When a call becomes overdue the system can optionally make the telephone call to the employee’s mobile number or the assignment telephone. If they fail to respond, the system will automatically generate an alarm or notify the appropriate staff via e-mail or SMS.

A full audit trail of all communications is maintained, allowing the generation of reports on-demand. Where automated escalation of missed call events is used control rooms can operate in fully unmanned mode.

Call Taker used VoIP and (optional) Android Smartphone technology, eliminating the need to purchase and maintain expensive servers and computer equipment at the monitoring location. Being fully web and Internet-based, the issues traditionally experienced with physical landlines are eliminated- adding to continuity of your daily business operations.
